A must for any cocktail party. Offering a variety of meat, seafood, and vegetarian choices, our hor d’oeuvres are the perfect bite-size snacks. Not to be mistaken with appetizers, our hor d’oeuvres are served during cocktail hour either butler service or stationed. These light snacks are appreciated by guests of all ages and are enjoyable with or without a glass in hand.

A unique interactive experience your guests would never forget. Our specialty stations are a huge trend to get your guests involved in the process. Guests are able to enjoy being able to completely customize to their taste. Our stations are perfect if you are looking for something fun, interactive, and unique to add to your menu.

TRADITIONAL FAMILY STYLE

The perfect setting for a warm, comfortable and inviting ambience. Our Family Style menu invites guests to a more communal and traditional dining experience. This style of dining is less formal than a plated meal, but more formal than a buffet. It invites guests to interact while still allowing them to sit back and relax. Typically an eight-course meal, each table of ten guests are served in one large platter to share per course. This service style is a popular option for a classy, yet casual and relaxing setting for your event.

DOUBLE HAPPINESS FAMILY STYLE

A modern twist to a traditional family style dining. Without the use of a traditional Lazy Susan, each course is served in two mid-size platters set on each side of the table. This style encourages guests to interact with sharing the platters, yet not sacrificing table space for floral or décor. This style of dining is perfect for a comfortable, yet elegant and contemporary ambience. Our Double Happiness menu brings guests closer for an intimate dining experience.
